David Lawrence Small, 27, of the 1900 block of Sidnee Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Brandon Jamar Cofield, 21, of the 800 block of Kingston Court, was charged Monday with theft below $1,000, second-degree assault and vandalism.

Precious R. Brown, 42, of the 2400 block of Green Hardt Lane, was charged Monday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree escape and failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

Havre de Grace Police report:

Rashawn Everrett Samuel, 37, was arrested Thursday on a warrant and charged with second-degree assault.

Kenneth Daniel Grimes III, 34, of the 700 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged with possessing marijuana.

An assault occurred between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 300 block of Strawberry Lane on Saturday. No injuries occurred.

A cinder block wall was knocked over in the 1100 block of Revolution Street on Saturday.

A bank card was stolen Sunday in the 200 block of Mohegan Drive.

A ceramic elephant was stolen Sunday in the 300 block of North Adams Street.

A prescription drug and money was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of North Stokes Street, allegedly by a friend.

A burglary was reported Sunday in the 400 block of Bourbon Street. Nothing was taken.

An assault was reported between siblings in the 500 block of North Adams Street on Monday. No injuries occurred.

Ricky W. Corbin, 51, of the 3200 block of Scarboro Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

A home was broken into and tools stolen in the 3500 block of Grier Nursery Road on Saturday.

Leon Oxendine, 74, of the 1300 block of East Meadow Road in Eden, N.C., was charged Friday with sexually abusing a minor, third-degree sex offense and second-degree assault.

Jordon Scott Wint, 23, of the 200 block of Maple Street, in Gordonville, Pa., was charged Friday with failing to comply with a peace order, possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Steven Bryan Scolisky, 51, of the 500 block of 46th Street in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Linda S. Novak, 60, of the 4700 block of Rams Horn Row Street in Ellicott City, was charged Monday with second-degree assault, disturbing the peace and failing to obey an order.
