Donald F. Kunesch, 28, of the 500 block of South Law Street, was charged Friday with being a fugitive from Massachusetts justice.

Anthony D. Stanley, 54, of the first block of Osborn Road, was charged Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with loitering.

Gary Osborne, 24, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with possessing marijuana.

Christopher Thomas Smith, 35, of the first block of Forest Green Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Lori Y. Pringle, 48, of the 500 block of First Street, was charged Monday with obstructing and hindering and second-degree assault.

Travis Neil Wovas, 21, of the 500 block of Aldino Stepney road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering.

Brandon Allen Wovas, 21, of the 500 block of Aldino Stepney Road, was charged Monday with making an image of currency and theft below $100.

Pills were stolen Thursday in the 100 block of West Inca Street.

A phone was stolen Friday in the first block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Someone blew up a mailbox in the 300 block of Bevard Court on Friday.

Nine people were arguing in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue on Saturday.

Someone was assaulted by a boyfriend who stole a purse in the first block of Pritchard Avenue on Saturday.

Tires were reported slashed in the first block of Lewis Drive on Saturday.

A bus window was broken in the 100 block of Allendale Avenue on Saturday.

An assault was reported Saturday at Perrywood Garden Apartments in the 300 block of Mayberry Drive.

Six shots were heard Sunday in the first block of Smith Avenue and seven shots were heard in the first block of Victory Street.

A break-in was reported Monday in the 700 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Andrew J. Coffey, 39, of the 600 block of Berwick Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Nicholas A. Huppman, 18, of the 200 block of Ferring Court, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary.

Colin Patrick O'Brien, 39, of the 1300 block of Fox Glove Square, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Edgewood

Jawon D. Henry, 22, of the 800 block of Fisherman Lane, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of disorderly conduct.

Anthony Lamar Martin, 35, of the 2900 block of Siwanoy Drive, was charged Friday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Chanel A. Rex, 23, of the 500 block of Jamestown Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Charles Edward Manuel III, 19, of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Friday with violating a protective order.

Frederick R. Stump, 59, of the 400 block of Meadowood Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace police reports:

Baseball cards were stolen in the 200 block of North Washington Street on Thursday.

A plastic bench was stolen in the 300 block of Fountain Street on Saturday.

Money was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.

A mailbox was vandalized Saturday in the 1100 block of Chesapeake Drive.

A wheelchair was stolen in the 600 block of Lafayette Street on Sunday.

A lawn mower had its handles cut off Sunday in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

An iron table and chairs were stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Snowgoose Court.

Jermaine J. Lyles, 23, of the 2600 block of East Jefferson Street in Baltimore, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Robert Jernel Dandrea, 56, of the first block of Charles Street in Stewartstown, Pa., was charged Saturday with possessing marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing paraphernalia.

Dandre Patrick Wallace, 36, of the 3500 block of Terrace Drive in Suitland, was charged Sunday with failing to comply with motor carrier safety regulations, failing to display a license, driving with a suspended license and driving without a required license.

Brian Wayne Logue Jr., 22, of the first block of Boxwood Lane in Colora, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving a vehicle on a suspended license, possessing a drug other than marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.
