Joseph Wells Smith IV, 28, of the 600 block of Yankee Doodle Drive, was charged Thursday with obstructing and hindering police, resisting arrest, theft less than $1,000, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of second-degree assault.

Patrick Shannon Hanley Jr., 29, of the 3000 block of Lochary Road, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and drinking alcohol in a retail area.

Stephen Joseph, Rohrman, 26, of the 1800 block of Calvary Road, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

William Shackleford, 51, of the 2200 block of Thomas Run Road, was arrested Saturday on a Baltimore City warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault and possession of a deadly weapon with intent to injure.

Pamela Lynn Stables, 38, of the 400 block of Underwood Lane, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with second-degree escape.

A television was stolen Thursday from the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Greg Gray Gaskill, 50, of the 700 block of Walters Mill Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Timothy Lewis Preston, 32, of the 2400 block of Putnam Road, was charged Friday in a Baltimore County warrant with second-degree escape.

Robbie Eugene Still, 49, who has addresses in the 3100 block of Queens Castle Court and in the 2100 block of Old Quaker Road in Darlington, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization and having an emergency braking system that didn't operate properly.

Aubrey Gerald Pritt, 43, of the 3300 block of Scarboro Road, was charged Thursday with driving without the required license and authorization, having expired registration plates, operating a motor vehicle with a flat tire or audible air leak, having an inoperable headlight, taillight or other light, driving without a valid medical examiner certificate in his possession, driving when not qualified to/motor carrier permitting person not qualified to drive and failure to comply with motor carrier safety rules and regulations.

Burton Duane Anderson, 44, of the 1500 block of Arena Road, was arrested Thursday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Whiteford

Melissa Blankenship, 41, of the 4800 block of Graceton Road, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with two counts failing to send a child to school.

Someone was selling drugs Friday in the 4300 block of Cooper Road.

Jamarl Anton Garris, 19, of the 900 block of Montpelier Street in Baltimore, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with not wearing a seatbelt, failing to display a license on demand to a police officer and driving without the required license and authorization.

Raju Thakali, 39, of the 400 block of Third Street in Bloomsburg, Pa., was charged Saturday with second-degree assault on a parole and probation officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful police order and disturbing the peace.

Garry Hayes, 32, of the first block of Court Pleasant in Dundalk, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failure to display his license on demand, driving while his registration was suspended and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Lionel Pittman, 30, of the 1400 block of West Lombard Street in Baltimore, was charged Aug. 4 with speeding and driving a commercial vehicle while his license was suspended.

Alan Urban, 29, of the 500 block of Mile Road North East in Cedar Springs, Mich., was charged Aug. 3 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Candace Yates, 29, of the 200 block of Ealy Street in New Albany, Ind., was charged Aug. 3 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Krystal Ricard, 27, of the 3200 block of Gulfport Drive in Baltimore, was arrested Aug. 2 on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.
