Tamoko K. Adams, 35, of the 4700 block of Witchhazel Way, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant in which he was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, unauthorized removal of property and theft above $500.

Megan Lauren Ashley Brown, 18, who has been homeless but has a mailing address in the first block of Franklin Street, was charged July 17 with second-degree assault.

A break-in was reported to a Comcast Cable van in the first block of North Parke Street on Wednesday.

Someone threw rolls of toilet paper on the roof of a home in the 300 block of Applesby Lane on Wednesday.

A library card was stolen and used at the Aberdeen branch on Wednesday.

A car was vandalized by having change thrown at it Wednesday in the 900 block of Edmund Street.

Tires were slashed on a vehicle in the 700 block of Custis Street on Wednesday.

A bike was stolen in the 700 block of Custis Street on Wednesday.

A mower was stolen Wednesday in the first block of Defense Drive.

Antoine Giljuane Gibson, 20, of the 3300 block of Shrewsbury Road, was charged Wednesday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with theft between $10,000 and $100,000, theft below $1,000 and theft below $100.

A wallet was stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of Walter Ward Boulevard.
