Havre de Grace police report:

A man was accused of approaching women with strollers and yelling at them near the Promenade Grille at Tydings Park on Friday.

A laptop computer was stolen in a burglary in the 900 block of Eugene Drive on Friday; a family relative is suspected.

Brian William Hunnewell, 25, who police said has no fixed address, was charged with stealing a laptop and watch on Monday. He was charged with four counts of theft and one count of vandalism.

Candy was stolen from a car in the 400 block of South Juniata Street on Friday.

A bicycle was stolen Friday in the 700 block of North Adams Street.

Vandalism was reported Sunday in the 500 block of Girard Street.

Cody James Black, 24, of the 1900 block of Youngstown Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order and resisting arrest.

A possible burglary was reported Sunday in the 2000 block of Twin Lakes Drive.


Kathy Lynn Patrick, 45, of the 500 block of Trimble Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

William Weaver, 30, of the 500 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Tuesday with four counts of theft less than $1,000.

A dog was stolen Friday in the 300 block of Joppa Crossing Way.

A woman left a baby in a car Saturday in the 1400 block of Mountain Road.

Cynthia Anne Miller, 52, of the 5300 block of Norrisville Road, was charged Friday with theft less than $100, forgery, uttering a false document, theft less than $500 and scheming to commit theft more than $500.

Sandra Irene Robinson, 56, of the 9800 block of Redwing Drive in Perry Hall, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from Delaware.

Kenneth Nichols, 31, of the 100 block of Warfield Road in Bear, Del., and Richard McDowell, 28, of the 400 block of Marsh Road in Wilmington, Del., were charged Monday with acting as a peddler without a required license.

Michelle Denise Black, 53, of the 2100 block of Orleans Street in Baltimore, was charged Monday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
