Wheelchair stolen in Aberdeen [Police Blotter]

Maryland State Police and Harford County Sheriff's Office report:

Joseph Bruce Hinson, 33, of the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with violating a protective order.

Anthony D. Stanley, 53, of the first block of Osborn Road, was charged Wednesday with two counts of loitering.

Ebanesha D. Perry, 19, whose address is listed as a post office box, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 2100 block of Park Beach Drive.

A past theft was reported Wednesday in the 500 block of Joppa Farm Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Someone was threatening to shoot a dog at Friendship Apartments, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Tuesday.

Items were stolen in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road on Tuesday.

People were trying to get in windows of a vehicle Tuesday in the 300 block of Mount Royal Avenue.

An assault was reported Tuesday in the first block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Packs of cigars and a carton of cigarettes were stolen Tuesday at Sunoco, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Someone was being harassed Wednesday in the 500 block of Doefield Court.

A rock was thrown through a window Wednesday in the 3700 block of Washington Avenue.

Ambrose Joseph Jones, 38, of the 4500 block of Perkins Place, was charged Wednesday with unsafe lane changing, possessing marijuana, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to enter a lane after a left turn.

Several skateboarders were trespassing Wednesday at Churchville and Priestford roads.

Tyler J. Maraschillo, 20, of the 700 block of Rainbow Court, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Kimberly A. Koehler, 41, of the first block of Little Creek Lane, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and endangerment with an alcoholic beverage.

Branden Pierce, 19, of the 800 block of Angel Valley Court, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with unauthorized display of a registration plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.

Someone was disorderly Wednesday in the 400 block of Buxton Court.

License plates were stolen from a boat trailer in the 500 block of Kennard Avenue on Wednesday.

Mark Allen Smith Jr., 28, of the first block of Rock Spring Road in Conowingo, was charged Wednesday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of theft less than $1,000 and resisting arrest.
