Havre de Grace Police reports:

About 350 BluRay movies, valued at about $12,250, were stolen between March 8 and March 26 in the 100 block of North Union Avenue, according to a report made Monday.

A 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy were arrested Friday after the 14-year-old allegedly punched the 15-year-old in the face and took his iPhone. They were charged with robbery and second-degree assault.

A 15-year-old boy from Havre de Grace was arrested for allegedly throwing an object through the windshield of a vehicle in the 200 block of Lewis Lane on Friday. Vandalism charges are pending.

A chain was cut on a fence in the 200 block of Congress Avenue on Friday.

A chain saw was stolen from a shed Sunday in the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue.

Someone stole $1,000 in quarters from a home in the 700 block of Revolution Street on Monday. There was no forced entry and the investigation is ongoing.

Someone entered a home and took money in the 400 block of Congress Avenue on Monday.

Timothy Allen Zeman, 25, of the 600 block of Pennington Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree escape.

Nicholas Ryan Shumaker, 30, of the 1900 block of Forest Guard Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and theft under $100.


Charles Louis Wrencher, 57, of the 1600 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired and consuming an alcoholic beverage on a highway.

Richard L. Wallace, 40, of the 300 block of Ellsworth Place, was charged Monday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.


A theft was reported Monday in the 3500 block of Conowingo Road.

A break-in was reported Monday in the 1100 block of Boyd Road.


Someone reported their nephew was jumped Monday in the 2400 block of Whiteford Road.

Charles Bertorelli, 42, of the 300 block of Delaware Avenue in Salisbury, was charged Friday with failing to pay in a case in which he was found guilty of trespassing.

Roderick Dewayne Harrison, 37, of the 1100 block of East 20th Street in Baltimore, was charged Friday with being a fugitive from North Carolina justice.

Brian M. Sumner, 29, of the first block of Woodside Street in Conowingo, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Tameka Michelle White, 31, of the first block of Luff Court in Essex, was charged Sunday with failing to appear in court in a case in which she was charged with displaying expired registration plates.

Chase Everett Boston, 23, of the 1500 block of Church Street in Curtis Bay, was charged Sunday with possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Carlton Tyrone Carringon Jr., 41, of the 4100 block of Oakford Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended license.
