An attempted break-in over the course of a month was reported Friday in the 2800 block of Woodlyn Drive.

Matthew David Necessary, 23, of the 500 block of Franklin Street, was charged Friday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute, possessing marijuana and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Kimberly Renee Lyons, 39, of the 1400 block of Chapel Road, was charged Sunday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Havre de Grace police reports:

An employee at Save A Lot, in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway, said last Thursday a customer was arguing with the employee and at one point put her hands around the employee's neck. Police did not notice any injuries on the employee, who was referred to the county's Commissioners Office.

A domestic assault was reported Friday in the 500 block of North Juniata Street. No injuries were visible.

A flat-screen TV was reported stolen in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway, but was reported returned an hour later. No charges were filed.

A windshield was broken last Thursday in the 100 block of Bayland Drive.

Michele Howell, 42, of the first block of Brenda Street, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, driving while under the influence of drugs, negligent driving, failing to obey traffic control devices and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

White Hall
