Melvin Terrance Allen, 30, of the 200 block of South Parke Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with traffic-related violations including driving while his license was suspended and operating a motor vehicle with a person under the age of 16 without a seat belt.

Edleane A. Paulis, 21, of the first block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism Sunday.

Christopher Justin Ebalo, 34, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and violating a protective order.
