Kenneth G. Brandon, 56, of the 1900 block of Chapel Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

A license plate was stolen Friday from a car on Pine Street.

Wood was stolen from a property Sunday in the 400 block of Oakington Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

A home in the 200 block of Seagull Drive was vandalized Saturday.

A wall was spray-painted Monday in the 400 block of North Adams Street; damage is estimated at $20. Police believe it is related to similar graffiti spray-painted in the 700 block of Bourbon Street about an hour later, Ofc. Jeff Gilpin of Havre de Grace Police Department said. The paints are similar and the two addresses are within walking distance of each other, he said.

An assault was reported Monday in the 100 block of North Wilson Street; no charges were filed by police.

A man in the 400 block of Webb Lane reported Sunday his small-caliber, antique handgun was missing. The man discovered it was missing when he began to look for his GPS, valued at $170, and couldn't find it, and started to check if any other items were missing from his home, city police said. The man said he had no idea when the gun, valued at $500, or GPS went missing.

Drug activity was happening Thursday in a house in the 1400 block of Buckthorn Drive.

The door to an abandoned home was open Friday in the 1400 block of Baldwin Mill Road.

Someone holding a bow and arrow was crouching behind a small pickup truck Friday in the 3600 block of Fallston Road.

People were driving a vehicle on front lawns in the 3300 block of North Furnace Road.


Thomas Hooper, 49, who has addresses in the 600 block of Shore Drive and in the 3900 block of East Joppa Road in Perry Hall, was charged Saturday with three counts of second-degree assault and vandalism less than $500.

Frankie Megel, 36, who has addresses in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway and the first block of McGuirk Drive in Glen Burnie, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.
