Gary Izell Eugene Osborne, 24, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with trespassing.

Daniel J. Tormey, 36, of the 700 block of Cambridge Street, was charged Monday with obstructing and hindering police, using a fraudulent identity to avoid prosecution and making a false statement to an officer.

Tags were stolen Friday in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A theft was reported Friday in the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A threatening letter was reported from a neighbor Friday in the 1500 block of Carsins Run Road.

Christopher Louis Braun, 26, whose last known address was the 1700 block of Redfield Road, was charged Friday with failing to obey traffic control devices, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Gerald Norman Goodman, 44, of the 200 block of Burkwood Court, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving even though his license was suspended.

A window was smashed on a vehicle Saturday in the 1300 block of Kelsey Court.

A burglary was reported Friday in the 200 block of Golden Rain Lane.

Dwayne C. Webb, 23, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Thursday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of possessing marijuana.

Julian C. Wise, 24, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree burglary, vandalism and trespassing.

Jonathen William Cullum, 27, of the 400 block of Regina Drive, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving even though his license was suspended.

Andrew L. Clark, 24, of the 1000 block of Crimson Tree Court, was charged Friday with obstructing and hindering police, making a false statement to an officer and using a fraudulent identity to avoid prosecution.

Jamie Nicole Jackson, 29, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with theft below $100.

Candy Maeejrman Mcclaine, 55, of the 1300 block of Gold Meadow Way, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Robert A. Higgs Jr., 29, of the 1800 block of Steven Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and violating a protective order.

Terryl Walker, 28, of the 1500 block of Sumerfield Avenue in Asbury Park, N.J., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism.

Ernest Duane Briscoe, 25, of the 2000 block of Amberwood Road in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with theft between $10,000 and $100,000, unauthorized removal of property and trespassing, driving even though his license was suspended and attempting to elude uniformed police by failing to stop.

Shakira Sashe Greene, 20, of the 300 block of North Calhoun Street in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with prostitution, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing marijuana.

Charlotte Eliza Tolson-Halley, 40, of the 3700 block of Brice Run Road in Randallstown, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving even though her license was suspended, displaying a suspended license and possessing a suspended license.

Donell D. Nelson, 30, of the 1200 block of Knights Wood Road, was charged Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and failing to obey a lawful police order.

Jessica Ellen Johnson, whose address is listed as a post office box in North East, was charged Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving even though her license was suspended.

Jason M. Seward, 33, of the first block of Dickerson Street in Clayton, Del., was charged Saturday with attempted fourth-degree burglary and vandalism.

Ryan A. Cleveland, 19, of the 10000 block of Gelding Drive in Cockeysville, was charged Sunday with possessing drug paraphernalia.

Lawrence V. Allen, 47, of the 100 block of East Avenue in Hagerstown, was charged Sunday with illegal possession of a counterfeit trademark.
