North Harford gets boys lacrosse win on Monday

In Monday's lone boys lacrosse game, North Harford defeated visiting Rising Sun, 12-7, in UCBAC Chesapeake (upper) Division action.

Evan Siegel and Jacob Linkous scored three goals each to pace the Hawks (1-3 league, 3-5 overall). Mic Green added two goals, while single goals were netted by Will Duley, Mike Boyko, Neal Johnson and Chandler Schmidt.

Johnson added five assists and Siegel had two. Schmidt and Kyle Keating also had assists.

In the goal, Cameron Brosh made three saves and Anthony Phelps made one for the Hawks.

Siegel had a team-best nine ground balls and he won 10-of-13 faceoffs.

Gilman beats Fallston

Fallston hosted Gilman Saturday in non-league action and the Greyhounds defeated the Cougars, 14-7. The Cougars trailed 11-4 at the half.

Fallston's scoring was led by Nick Esser, Dylan Wolf and Brendan Nolan. Each scored two goals, while Wesley Rumple tallied a single goal.

Rumple also had two assists and Andrew Stump had one.

Chase Wittch scored three goals and added two assists to lead 11 Gilman scorers.

Fallston goalie Liam Wilcox finished with 10 saves. Matt Claffee also saw time for Fallston, but with no saves.

Gilman played three keepers. Fitz Lee made three saves; Zach Ranen made one and Brice Tucker had four.

Keegan Teluk had 17 wins on faceoffs.

Friday winners

Bel Air, Havre de Grace and Patterson Mill all won Friday in boys lacrosse.

Bel Air won easily at Edgewood, 22-3. Bel Air led, 16-2, at half.

Calvin Fleagle led the Bobcats with five goals and five assists. Tom Pfeiffer added three goals and three assists.

Hunter Jewitt, Kasey Davenport, Connor Beil, Joe Creaghan and Justin Calabrese each scored two goals. Single goals were scored by Brad Casale, Jack Lewis, Garrett Utz and Austin Tredinnick.

Casale also had two assists. Single assists were dished out by Utz, Caleb Rollins, Carter Hoffman, Dave Lotz and Brad Barth.

Edgewood's Caruso Nicholson scored twice and Joe Ludwig had one goal.

Bel Air played four goalies with Gavin Hanley making one save; Pete Santimays making two; Tamar Reese making one; and Hanson Egerland making one.

Edgewood goalies combined for six saves.

Huskies beat Comets

Patterson Mill's win came over visiting Catonsville, 10-6. The Huskies led, 3-2, at the half.

Noah Holloway's four goals led the Huskies. Chase Tallon added three goals. Brendan Mahoney, Isaiah Welch and Chris Jones also had goals.

Mahoney added three assists and Rudy Beck had two. Single assists were credited to Tallon, Holloway, Michael Dinatale and Welch.

Patterson Mill goalie Will Urban finished with 10 saves.

Warriors beat Eagles

Havre de Grace picked up its win over visiting rival Aberdeen, 13-3.

Nick Burley led the winners with four goals and two assists. Casey Brown added three goals and five assists. Kyle Barkley also scored three goals and assisted on another.

Colin Dean (two assists), Spencer Blythe (one assist) and Joey Stone also scored for the Warriors.

Chris Parrott added a pair of assists and Shawn Cardwell had one assist.

Mustangs lose on road

In boys lacrosse action Thursday, C. Milton Wright traveled to Northeast-Anne Arundel and returned with an 8-6, non-league loss.

Brad Martin scored three goals to lead CMW, while Ethan Diven, Dominic Venanzi and Nick Kramer each scored single goals.

Mustangs goalie Phillip Venanzi finished with 13 saves.
