Police seeking information on Aberdeen Liquors robbery

Aberdeen police are looking for information about the armed robbery March 1 of Aberdeen Liquors in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Two men entered the store at around 9:45 a.m., accosted the cashier and stole cash and cigarettes. Both suspects then ran out and to the rear of the store. They were last seen getting in a black SUV, possibly a Lexus or Jeep with temporary registration and drove north on Market Street.

One of the robbers is described as a black man with a medium to heavyset build. He was wearing a blue or black knit cap with large white snowflakes, a black ski mask, a winter coat with gray sleeves and a black or dark blue vest containing the letter C in large print on the upper left side of the coat's exterior. Underneath the jacket was a red hoodie. He was carrying a silver semi-automatic handgun.

The other robber is described as a black man who was wearing a dark blue or black baseball cap with an orange bill, a black ski mask exposing his eyes and clear lens glasses. He wore a blue feather down jacket and blue knit gloves. He was also carrying a black handgun.

No one was injured during this incident.
