Kevin Kamenetz will be serving his final year as Baltimore County executive in 2018. He’s announced that he will run for governor of Maryland in the June Democratic primary. Kamenetz will be a guest on Roughly Speaking in the coming weeks. Among those hoping to succeed him as Baltimore County executive is John Olszewski Jr., a former school teacher and state delegate from Dundalk.
