Two Ocean City men have been charged in the death of a Pennsylvania man at the popular tourist destination this weekend, police said.
Caleb Ochse, 27, and Christopher Kendall, 22, left Justin Cancelliere unconscious in a hotel parking lot after a fight near the intersection of Talbot Street and Baltimore Avenue on Sunday, police said.
First responders treated Cancelliere at the scene and took him to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The state medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide.
Ochse and Kendall face manslaughter, assault, affray and reckless endangerment charges in the killing of Cancelliere, of North Whitehall, Pa.
Ochse was arrested at his workplace on Tuesday, and Kendall turned himself in at a police station hours later, police said.
