Police charge man with homicide in death of North Avenue woman

Baltimore Police have made an arrest in the death of a woman in the 300 block of E. North Avenue late Friday night. On Sunday afternoon, police said Darren Ruffin, 47, has been arrested and charged with homicide in the incident.
