Liston Noble looks up at the new high-rise office buildings across the street from the Office of the Public Defender, which hadn't been built when he went to jail. He was briefly at the Public Defender's Office after walking out of the Circuit Court building today as a free man. Behind him is Kiaria Noble, one of three relatives who accompanied him. Noble is one of five men sentenced to life in prison in the 1960's and '70's were released today after an appeals court ruling in the Unger case.
