One person was killed and another injured in separate shootings Thursday.
A 30-year-old man who walked into MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital with gunshot wounds late Thursday afternoon and died shortly after arriving, Baltimore Police said.
Police responded to the hospital shortly after 5:30 p.m.
Homicide detectives think the shooting took place in the 5600 block of the Alameda.
Hours later, just after 9 p.m., police responded to the Baltimore City Fire Station in the 1600 block of Broening Highway for a reported shooting.
A 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the hand was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities think the shooting may have occurred near Cardiff Avenue and Broening Highway.
