Police arrest one in Monday fatal stabbing

Baltimore police announced an arrest in connection with Monday's double-stabbing along York Road, but the identity of the victim remains unclear.

A male died in the stabbing, which took place around 8:40 p.m. on April 14 in the 5100 block of York Road. Police Thursday declined to release the name of the victim, saying in a statement the name "has been withheld to further investigative efforts."

Jimy James Jackson, 24, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing.

The identity and condition of the second male stabbed also was not available Thursday.
