Four men shot — two fatally — in Baltimore Wednesday into Thursday

Two people were killed and and two others — including a 60-year-old man — were shot in Baltimore on Wednesday night into Tuesday morning, Baltimore Police said.

Officers responded about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a shooting on the 500 block of Sanford Place in the Druid Heights neighborhood, where they found a 28-year-old man who had been shot in the neck and shoulder, police said.

The man was taken to an area hospital, where he later died, police said.

Then, shortly after midnight Thursday, police responded to a shooting in 800 block of McAleer Court in the Penn-Fallsway neighborhood. Police said they found a 39-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. He died after being taken to an area hospital.

Police also responded to two non-fatal shootings overnight.

Officers responded to the 400 block of S. Gilmore St. at about 10:38 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a shooting, where they found a 33-year-old man who had been shot in the back, police said.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.

Then at about 4:28 a.m., officers found a 60-year-old man who had been shot in the back in the 2300 block of Lauretta Ave. in West Baltimore, police said.

He was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition, police said.
