Curtis Bay man charged in West Baltimore shooting

A 21-year-old Curtis Bay man has been charged with shooting a man in the elbow in West Baltimore in last week, police said.

A witness identified Timothy Brice, of the 5100 block of Overdale St., as the man who shot an 18-year-old once in the elbow around 9:30 p.m. on July 14 in the 1400 block of N. Monroe St., police said.

Police initially reported that the shooting happened nearby in the 2000 block of Presstman St.

Brice faces attempted first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and several gun charges, according to state court records.

No attorney was listed, and no number was listed for Brice's home address. He is being held at Baltimore City Central Booking and Intake Facility.
