Man shot in East Baltimore Thursday

City police say a man was shot on Pulaski Highway in East Baltimore Thursday morning.

Officers were called at 9:40 a.m. to the 3500 block of Pulaski Highway where they found a 25-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the legs and arm. He was taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.

At 3:30 a.m. Friday, officers were called to an area hospital where a 33-year-old man was being treated after he was shot in the left shoulder.

He told police he was shot while walking south in the unit Block of S. Warwick Avenue in West Baltimore when a gray vehicle pulled up and a suspect inside the vehicle opened fire on victim. The victim ran then to an area hospital.

Citywide shooting detectives are investigating both shootings and are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.

Police on Friday also identified a man killed in the 1400 Darley Avenue in Darley Park on Thursday as Robert Bridgeman, 27, of the 3200 block of Joppa Road. Police are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP, or text a tip to 443-902-4824.
