Teen shot and killed in Baltimore

A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in northwest Baltimore on Thursday night, police said.

The boy was found in the 4000 block of Norfolk Avenue in the Forest Park area around 8:45 p.m., police said. He had been shot multiple times.

The boy was taken to a hospital, where he died. Homicide detectives are investigating and had not established a suspect or motive.
