At about 9:40 a.m., Maurice "Mo" Goodman of the 2200 block of E. Baltimore Street, was on a Dorsey Run Correctional Facility work detail at Mt. Auburn Cemetery on Waterview Avenue in Baltimore. A correctional officer suspected Goodman of retrieving tobacco and a cell phone from an outdoor location, and Goodman fled from the scene, officials said.
