Baltimore police investigating two late night homicides

Police investigating after two are shot dead late Monday in Baltimore.

Baltimore police are investigating two homicides that occurred late Monday in the city.

Police said a 52-year-old man was shot in the head while sitting in a parked vehicle in the 800 block of Ashburton Street in the Mosher neighborhood. Police responded at 10:50 p.m. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

A male, whose age was not available, was shot in the neck and chest at about 11:30 p.m. in the 5400 block of Purdue Avenue in the Woodbourne Heights neighborhood in Northeast Baltimore, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
