37-year-old man killed in shooting, Baltimore police say

One man was killed and two injured in three separate shootings Tuesday.

A 37-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in southwest Baltimore, police said.

The victim was shot around 2:20 p.m. in the 400 block of South Pulaski Street, police said. He died at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

At about 6:45 p.m., police responded to the 6100 block of Cardiff Avenue for a report of a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian. A man was taken to the hospital, where medical staff performed an X-ray and discovered a bullet, police said.

Shortly after 8 p.m., a 27-year-old man was shot in the thigh near the intersection of North Avenue and North Rosedale Street, police said. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
