Man dies two days after being shot in East Baltimore

A man shot in East Baltimore on Friday has died, police said Monday morning.

A man shot Friday morning in East Baltimore has died, the city's police department said Monday.

Alan Taylor, 39, of the 4900 block of Hamilton Avenue in the Frankford area of East Baltimore was pronounced dead Sunday, police said. He was shot at 10:45 a.m. Friday in the 4500 block of East Monument Street in the Orangeville section.

Taylor was taken to an area hospital, but died two days later, police said.
