Annapolis man charged with indecent exposure

An Annapolis man was charged with indecent exposure linked to several incidents in an area surrounding Forest Hills Avenue, the city police department said Tuesday.

Miguel Avelar Medina, 29, was charged with three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of indecent exposure and three counts of fourth-degree sex offense, police said.

Medina was arrested in Wheaton.
