A man was hospitalized Sunday evening after being shot in the stomach in South Baltimore, police said.
Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Hazel Street in the Curtis Bay neighborhood around 6 p.m. Sunday, according to Baltimore police. There, officers found a 34-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach, police said.
The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His condition was not immediately known.
