Two men shot in separate incidents overnight in Baltimore

Two men were shot in Baltimore late Friday night in separate incidents, though both were expected to survive their injuries.

In the first incident, a 31-year-old man was shot in the face around 10 p.m. inside of a home in the first block of N. Hilton St. in Southwest Baltimore. The victim flagged down an officer on patrol in the area and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police said the suspect was unknown and did not provide information on a possible motive.

About an hour later, police found a 28-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg in the 5300 block of Denmore Ave. in the Arlington neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore. The man was treated at a hospital, and police did not provide information on a possible suspect or motive.
