About 2:15 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of W. Cross Street, in the Washington Village/Pigtown neighborhood of South Baltimore, for a report of gunfire and found a man with a gunshot wound to the hip, said Detective Jeremy Silbert, a police spokesman.
The man was taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive, Silbert said.
About 3:49 p.m., officers were called to an area hospital, where another man had arrived with a gunshot wound to the body, Silbert said.
The man, who was also expected to survive, told police he was shot in the 2800 block of Norfolk Avenue, in the Park Circle neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore, Silbert said.
