A man was shot in East Baltimore's Washington Hill neighborhood Sunday night, with homicide detectives called to the scene because of the severity of his injuries, police said.
Police were called about the shooting, which they believe happened in the 1600 block of East Fairmount Avenue, about 10 p.m.
