Two men were shot and one killed in separate incidents in Baltimore early on Thursday morning, according to police.
Police said 35-year-old Frank Harper was killed in the 5500 block of Reisterstown Road after he got into an argument with an armed security guard at a Subway restaurant. The two got into an argument that spilled outside into a fight, and police said the guard — who has not been identified — fired his weapon multiple times, striking Harper at least once.
Homicide detectives were interviewing the guard, police said.
Another man was shot in the leg and shoulder in Southwest Baltimore at about 2:30 a.m., police said. The 37-year-old man was found by police inside of a home in the 200 block of N. Monastery Avenue in the Allendale neighborhood. Police said his condition was stable and he was expected to survive.
Earlier Wednesday, police said two men were shot in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue, and police shot and killed a man who dragged an officer conducting a traffic stop on Mannasota Avenue in Northeast Baltimore.
