A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in the January killing of Arrington Michael Sydnor in Mondawmin, police said Thursday night.

Sydnor, 29, of the 2800 block of Quantico Ave., died from stab wounds to his neck and face at an area hospital shortly after police found him in the 2000 block of Wheeler Ave. in Northwest Baltimore around 5 a.m. on Jan. 18, police said.

Troy McLean, of the 1500 block of N. Carey St., faces nine charges in connection with the killing: first- and second-degree murder; first- and second-degree assault; robbery; armed robbery; reckless endangerment; possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure; and theft of less than $100, according to online court records.
