The FBI in Baltimore is trying to identify a man they have labeled a "serial bank robber" linked to at least four holdups in the area since December.

The agency said the man has been linked to robberies at the SunTrust Bank in the 100 block of Orville Rd. on Dec. 17; the TD Bank at 1800 Eastern Boulevard on Jan. 8; the SunTrust Bank in the 7700 block of Harford Rd. on Jan. 8, and the Bay Bank in the 1700 block of Joppa Rd. on Jan. 10.

Authorities said the suspect has shown tellers a note indicating he has a weapon. He is described as a black man between ages 18 and 30, about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10, with a "very thin build" and a thin mustache. He has worn a New York Yankees baseball cap during the robberies, officials said.

Anyone with information was asked to call the Baltimore FBI at 410-265-8080, or Baltimore County police at 410-307-2020.
