Family of girl killed by celebratory New Year's gunfire to hold vigil

The family of Aaliyah Boyer plans to hold a candlelight vigil Saturday night, in honor of the 10-year-old girl who was killed by apparent celebratory gunfire as Cecil County rang in 2013 early Tuesday.
