Jonathan Luna was a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's office in Baltimore. His body was found December 4, 2003 in a shallow creek in Pennsylvania. More than 10 years later, it's still unclear what happened.

In this week's 'Crime Scene' video, former TV police reporter and Baltimore City Police spokesman Matt Jablow recounts the mysterious death of Jonathan Luna.

Luna was a 38-year-old prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's office in Baltimore when his body was found on December 4, 2003 in a shallow creek in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  He had been stabbed more than 30 times.  At the time of his death, Luna had been working on a plea bargain for a drug case.  More than 10 years later, police still are unclear about exactly what happened to Luna.
