Ian Duncan covers the Baltimore courts and Federal courts in Maryland. He covered the federal indictment of Black Guerrilla Family gang members at the Baltimore jail, reported from the Supreme Court on Maryland's DNA laws and has examined prosecutors' changing attitudes toward marijuana. He previously covered Congress as a Los Angeles Times intern and he grew up in Birmingham, UK.
