Central Baltimore
Robberies/arrests Three men in their late teens to early 20s whose names were note available were arrested Monday morning and charged with robbing two people at two separate locations a short time earlier. At 1:50 a.m., a man was walking in the 1100 block of Whitelock St. when two men exited a blue van - driven by a third man - and robbed him. A short time later, another man was robbed in the 600 block of N. Eutaw St. by the same men, police said. About 3:30 a.m., the van was observed by police at East Fairmount Avenue and North Bradford Street, where the occupants attempted to flee on foot. One man was caught immediately and two others were captured at East Fayette Street and North Lakewood Avenue. Police said a handgun believed used in the two robberies was recovered.

Theft A radio valued at $200 was stolen between Sunday and Monday from a 1996 Toyota Camry parked in the 1000 block of Lovegrove St.

Western Baltimore
Shooting A man was shot in the side in the 1900 block of Clifton Ave. near North Monroe Street about 5 p.m. Tuesday and was taken by ambulance to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. His condition and details were not available.

Northeastern Baltimore
Stolen vehicle Police were seeking a blue 1998 Oldsmobile with tags 5FE Z79 that was stolen Monday in the 4400 block of Franconia Way.

Stolen vehicle A black 1994 Acura Integra with tags EMG 496 tags was stolen Monday in the 6200 block of Pilgrim Road.

Burglary Someone entered a house in the 5100 block of Belair Road on Monday and stole $250. Entrance may have been with a key.

Burglary/arrest A boy, 16, was arrested Monday afternoon while inside a garage in the 5500 block of Plainfield Road after a resident reported a break-in to police. The boy was released into the custody of juvenile authorities.

Robbery A woman was exiting her car in the 5000 block of Raintree Way about 11 a.m. Monday when she was assaulted by a man who grabbed her keys. The man then got into the car but got out moments later with her keys and fled.

Baltimore Co. – Essex
Burglary/stolen vehicle Someone broke into a house in the 700 block of Seawall Road on Monday, stole a set of keys, then exited the house and stole the occupant's green 2006 Toyota Camry with tags 1FF R17 parked outside.

Baltimore Co. – North Point
Burglary Welding equipment, a generator and tools, all worth $3,500, were stolen between Sept. 24 and Monday from a shed in the 8100 block of Beachwood Road by someone who cut a lock.

Baltimore Co. – Cockeysville
Burglary Four rifles, a handgun and a pellet gun were stolen between Friday and Monday from a house in the 900 block of Miller Road by someone who entered through a basement window.

Baltimore Co. – Franklin
Burglary An air-conditioning system valued at $2,500 was stolen between Saturday and Monday from Bruce Solomon Plumbing & Heating in the 12400 block of Owings Mills Blvd. by someone who entered onto the property after cutting a hole in a fence behind the building.

Baltimore Co. – Pikesville
Robbery A man entered the Pizza Hut in the 1000 block of Reisterstown Road about 6 p.m. Monday, forced employees and customers into a walk-in freezer, then removed an undisclosed sum of money from a cash register and a safe. Before fleeing, the man stole four pizzas. No injuries were reported.

Baltimore Co. – Wilkens
Burglary Two TVs and video games were stolen Monday from a house in the 1000 block of Linden Ave. by someone who entered through the front door.
