Information sought: A city homicide detective is seeking information leading to the arrests of two men in the fatal shooting March 21 of Martie Williams, 20, of the 2700 block of Wilkens Ave., who was shot a house in the 2600 block of Maisel St. while playing video games. Detective Robert Dohony said two men, at least one of them armed, entered the house about 9 p.m. and shot Williams several times. Dohony said Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and an indictment.Stolen vehicle: A red two-door 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix with tags 928 ZYK was parked Tuesday in the 100 block of W. Heath St. with its keys on the floor near the driver's seat when someone entered the vehicle and stole it.
Theft: A navigational system valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a 2003 Ford Focus parked in the 200 block of Key Highway by someone who entered the vehicle after breaking a passenger side window.
Southeastern Baltimore
Arson: Police and fire investigators were seeking the person or persons who set two separate fires inside a vacant house in the 3100 block of E. Fayette St. about 4 a.m. Tuesday. No injuries were reported. Police said one fire was set on stairs leading to the basement ane the other on stairs leading to the second floor. The fire caused $20,000 damage to the structure. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 410-396-2422.Theft: Someone entered a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe sport utility vehicle parked Monday in the 800 block of Fagley St. by breaking a side window and stole two radios, all valued at $650.
Theft: A Chevrolet Cavalier with tags 4BD K76 was parked in the 6100 block of Holabird Ave. Tuesday when someone removed both tags.
Theft: A federal government protective services identification badge was stolen between May 13 and May 14 from a 1997 Jeep Cherokee parked in the 800 block of S. Ponca St. The theft was reported Tuesday.
Theft: Climbing gear valued at $150 and a radio faceplate were stolen between Monday and Tuesday from a 2000 Jeep Wrangler parked in the 500 block of S. Milton Ave.
Theft: An iPod valued at $200 was stolen Monday from a 2007 Saturn Ion parked in the 900 block of S. Caroline St.
Theft: Someone entered a 2009 Honda parked in the 700 block of S. Caroline St. Monday after breaking a window and removed an iPod valued at $250.

Robbery/arrest: A male, 19, and a female were arguing in the 4600 block of Debilen Circle about 4 a.m. Wednesday when the male knocked the female to the ground and robbed her of her cell phone. Arrested moments later in a nearby apartment and charged with unarmed robbery was James Guy, a resident of the court. The victim was not injured.Burglary: Someone broke into an apartment in the 4400 block of Old Court Road through a bedroom window Wednesday and removed a laptop computer and several pieces of jewelry, all valued at $1,000.

Burglary: Twenty-five dollars in 50-cent coins were stolen Wednesday from a house in the first block of Clipper Road by someone who entered through a front window.Baltimore Co. – Towson
Stolen vehicle: A 4-door silver 2007 Dodge with unknown tags was stolen between Tuesday and Wednesday in the first block of Solar Circle.Burglary: Someone broke into Sleepy's, a bedding furniture store in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Blvd. Tuesday through a rear door, entered the show room and removed a king-size bed with inner spring and two box springs.
Burglary: A combination washer-dryer and a refrigerator were stolen between Monday and Wednesday from a vacant apartment in the 6900 block of Lachlan Circle by someone who entered through a window.
Baltimore Co. – Cockeysville
Burglary: Copper piping valued at $50 was stolen between May 13 and Wednesday from a vacant house in the 14000 block of Phoenix Road.
