Police reports in Baltimore city and county

Southern Baltimore
Homicide/arrests Two men have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the shooting Sept. 26 of Jamal White, 26, of the first block of S. Bernice Ave. Arrested Saturday at police headquarters was Pierre Harris, 18, of the 500 block of E. 23rd St. Arrested the same day at an undisclosed location was Antonio Williams, 24, of the 3100 block of Belair Road. Police said White was arguing with two men in the 1800 block of Dover St. when one of the men shot him. Police said White died a short time later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Harris and Williams were being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Northern Baltimore
Burglary Someone entered a house in the 2500 block of Guilford Ave. on Tuesday by climbing onto a chair and breaking a window and stole a DVD player and video games.

Theft/arrest A 20-year-old Dundalk-area man was arrested Tuesday when he attempted to leave the Save-A-Lot in the 2000 block of Maryland Ave. without paying for six packages of pork chops, all valued at nearly $32. Detained by a store security officer and charged with theft by city police was Stephen W. Morgan of the 1900 bloc of Nevill Road.

Baltimore Co. – Parkville
Drug arrests Police responding to a report of two men acting suspiciously in a car parked on Vista View Court near Harford Road in Kingsville about 1 p.m. Tuesday arrested the men on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drugs. Found in the car were at least 120 pills containing drugs used by addicts for detoxification, $110 in quarters and jewelry. Charged were Brett M. Nemec, 30, of Vista View Court, and M.A. Cole, 46, of West Virginia.

Baltimore Co. – Cockeysville
Burglary Power tools valued at $1,500 were stolen between Sept. 23 and Sunday from a garage in the 100 block of Gibbons Blvd.

Baltimore Co. – Franklin
Burglary Someone entered the ground-floor patio of an apartment in the first block of Tahoe Circle on Monday and removed two bicycles, all valued at $150.

Baltimore Co. – Pikesville
Burglary A lap top computer, two TVs, an iPod, a camera and video games were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3600 block of Eitemiller Road by someone who entered through a sliding glass door.

Baltimore Co. – Towson
Burglary A 50-inch TV and a 20-inch TV, all worth $2,100, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1700 block of Joan Ave. Entry was through a rear door.

Burglary Someone entered two apartments in the 1700 block of Lachlan Circle on Tuesday by forcing open windows. From one apartment, the intruder removed two lap top computers and a digital camera. From the other, a lap top computer was removed.

Robbery A gunman robbed the Dunkin' Donuts in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Burglary Two lap top computers and two iPods were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 700 block of Squires Road by someone who entered through a rear basement door.

Burglary Two TVs and three lap top computers were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 6800 block of Queens Ferry Road. Entry was through the front window.

Baltimore Co. – Woodlawn
Burglary Someone entered an apartment in the first block of Cedar Heights Circle on Monday through a rear patio door and stole a lap top computer valued at $730.

Robbery A man, 18, was walking along Winters Lane near Wayman Street about 10:20 p.m. Sunday when he was assaulted by three men who knocked him to the ground and robbed him of his keys, $8 and his shoes. The men drove off in a silver-colored Jeep Cherokee with unknown tags.

Burglary Someone entered a house in the first block of Tomber Court on Monday after breaking a window under the deck and stole a 27-inch TV, a CD player, 20 CDs and liquor, all worth $500.
