htmac, I'm sure if we just ask them to stop buying drugs they will. Great idea for a movie but let's talk reality. You have to attack this problem not sit and watch it or try to ignore it. That's a "can't see it from my yard" mentality. We have to kick these mother f's in the &ss and fight fire with fire. Think Lean on Me kind of situation; the situation is bad and might break some rules to get back to normal.

@jimbo452: No, Maryland does not recognize the right to be armed in public for protection. In the marathoners favor though, it is pretty tough to hit a moving target.

If Ray Lewis is in the crowd the runners risk being stabbed.
