The family of the victim need to sue anyone (lawyer,judge) who ever had a hand in this P.O.S. being on the streets so he could murder their son.

The only thing left off the list was the names of the judges who repeatedly gave this guy reduced sentences ... who, in essence, contributed to the death of this young woman. Judges should have to make a public record of their reasons for every decision. I bet a lot more would be a lot less lenient when they had to write why they made the decison.

so after looking at this i'm betting it's safe to assume that he'll be sentenced to 20 years....

.... only to have 18 years of that sentence suspended. this guy was arrested FIVE TIMES in only SEVEN months for drunk driving-related offenses. he *really* needs to be put in a cold, dark cell for a long, long time.
