A flash flood watch is in effect for the Baltimore area through Wednesday evening. Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening, Damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes are possible. A coastal flood watch will be in effect from Wednesday evening to Friday morning.
