Traffic: Emergency roadwork shuts down MD 103

All westbound traffic has been shut down for two hours on MD 103 in Elkridge on Wednesday morning due to emergency roadwork at Magnolia Avenue, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The eastbound traffic lane is bi-directional, said DOT, which first reported the incident at 7:05 a.m.

All roads are open on Interstate 97 South in Millersville with the clearing of a single-vehicle crash at the MD 32 exit, DOT said.

Other unscheduled road closures were due to incidents that occurred prior to Wednesday.

Emergency roadwork on MD 372 East in Baltimore County at Walker Avenue closed the eastbound right traffic lane and eastbound right shoulder since 12:53 p.m. on Tuesday, DOT said.

Emergency roadwork on I-83 South in Baltimore County at Falls Road has closed the southbound left shoulder since 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday, DOT said.

And DOT added that two toll plaza lanes on the southbound Fort McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore City remain closed more than a week after a two-vehicle collision. Southbound lanes 18-19 are shut down due to the July 15 accident, DOT said.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:03 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
