Traffic: Overturned vehicle in Baltimore City

The Baltimore City Office of Emergency Management reported a collision involving an overturned vehicle at North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue at 8:19 a.m. on Thursday. OEM officials cautioned motorists to avoid the intersection.

The Maryland Transportation Authority said that the I-695 Curtis Creek Drawbridge is scheduled to open at 10 a.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor MARC train and light rail delays at 8:50 a.m.
