As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, lanes on the Baltimore Beltway remain closed at Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie due to an overturned tractor trailer with a person trapped inside.
The ramp to southbound Ritchie Highway and two shoulders are closed.
A two-vehicle crash on northbound Route 3 at Interstate 97 in Millersville has closed both traffic lanes, the deceleration lane and both shoulders.
Wind restrictions remain in place on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, limiting traffic to cars, pickup trucks, flatbed trailers, buses and heavy tractor trailers. One westbound lane of the bridge is closed due to debris in the road.
The State Highway Administration is reporting congestion on Route 50 approaching the bridge.
All lanes of Route 50 and Route 662 near the Easton Airport have reopened following police activity earlier today.
Emergency roadwork has closed one lane and one shoulder of northbound Interstate 895 past Pulaski Highway, one northbound shoulder of Interstate 83 prior to Mt. Carmel Road, one southbound lane of York Road prior to Timonium Road and two lanes of the Interstate 95 Inner Loop between Route 5 and St. Barnabas Road in Prince George's County.

A utility problem has closed all lanes of Route 40 at Route 7 in Harford County.
Heavy winds have tossed debris into roadways, causing lane closures including all lanes of Route 198 at Van Dusen Road in Prince George's County, all lanes of Route 107 at Fisher Avenue in Montgomery County and westbound Route 108 at Ashland Drive in Montgomery County.
The light rail system has minor delays but other area mass transit systems are operating on time.
The Maryland Transit Administration plans to close the Mt. Washington, Cold Spring and Woodberry Light Rail stations from Friday through March 24 for track crossing repairs. Buses will transport riders between the Falls Road and North Avenue stations.
