Traffic: Disabled vehicle on I-95 South in Baltimore City

A disabled vehicle in Baltimore City on Interstate 95 South at the Keith Avenue exit has closed the southbound right lane at 8:56 a.m. on Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A single-vehicle crash in the Baltimore Highlands on I-895 South at the Baltimore-Washington Parkway has closed the southbound right off-ramp lane and reversed the southbound left shoulder at 8:30 a.m., DOT said.

A collision in Towson on the inner loop of I-695 at the Harrisburg Expressway exit has closed the inner loop right off-ramp lane at 8:32 a.m., DOT said.

And the transportation department said that emergency roadwork on southbound Harford Road at Putty Hill Avenue in Baltimore County that began on Sunday continued through Monday morning. The southbound right traffic lane and southbound right shoulder are closed due to the roadwork, DOT said.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said all lanes have been reopened on the southbound Jones Falls Expressway with the clearing of a crash at Guilford Avenue at 8:45 a.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor local bus and MARC train delays at 9:03 a.m.
