The Maryland Department of Transportation reports that as of 9:15 a.m. Monday, major incidents around Baltimore have been cleared.

Two disabled vehicles were reported in Howard County – on I-95 north at Route 100 and on Route 100 west past Route 1 – but neither appeared to be affecting traffic flow.

In the Towson area, there was no update on the closure of Chesapeake Avenue at Baltimore Avenue as a result of an automobile accident involving a pedestrian. Baltimore County emergency operations officials had closed the road in the aftermath of that incident.

A fire investigation in north Baltimore closed York Road to traffic, according to the Baltimore Fire Department. The incident occurred in the 4600 block of York Road overnight, and the intersection of York and East Cold Spring Lane is expected to remain closed through the morning rush hour, city emergency officials said. There were no injuries from the fire.

Light rail and MARC trains were running on time, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.
