Fox 43 meteorologist Jeff Jumper says there could be a stray shower for Friday's morning commute, then a chance for scattered showers on the drive home.
Northbound traffic on MD 130 at Spring Hill Road in Baltimore County have been shut down since 7:29 a.m. Friday due to emergency roadwork, according to the state Department of Transportation.
As a result, the roadway's southbound traffic lane is bi-directional, DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration said at 8:40 a.m. that buses and trains were running on schedule.
